About Greet and Proceed Co.

A small team obsessed
with the last 90 seconds.

Most venues sweat the first impression. We built Greet and Proceed Co. for the people who care just as much about the last one.

Our story

Born from one bad pickup.

Greet and Proceed Co. started in a hotel forecourt in 2024, after a 22-minute wait for a car on a Tuesday night. The valet team wasn't slow—they were drowning in unprioritized tickets, paper slips, and walkie-talkie chatter.

We thought there had to be a more dignified way: a single tap that sets a clean expectation for the guest and a clean queue for the team. No app, no friction, no fuss.

Two years and many iterations later, Greet and Proceed Co. runs in venues across hospitality, dining, and events—quietly making the last moment of an evening as graceful as the first.

What we believe

Three principles
that shape every decision.

01

Hospitality is invisible.

Great service shouldn't be noticed — it should be felt. We built this so guests never think about waiting. They just walk out, and the car is there.

02

Operators stay in control.

Valet teams know their floor better than any algorithm. Every action — from card assignment to reset — sits in their hands, not ours. We give them the tools; they run the show.

03

One car. One card. One session.

A guest's car is the most valuable thing on your premises. Every card is locked to one vehicle and one venue, with no overlap, no mix-ups, and no shortcuts.
